Our Solar Plans include detailed designs and layouts that cover Electrical components, Licensing/ Permitting requirements, and Interconnection schematics. We ensure that all aspects of the solar installation process are meticulously planned and compliant with local regulations. Any service or item not explicitly mentioned in the plans should be considered excluded from the estimate.

Our estimation services provide accurate cost estimates for a variety of trades, including Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Mechanical works. Additionally, we offer comprehensive Takeoff services that are based on scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted. Each estimate will clearly outline the included trades and any exclusions.

* Any additional services beyond the initial scope, such as filling out bid forms, revisions due to changes in project scope, or completing additional documentation related to projects, will be charged separately.

For Solar Plans, any adjustments required due to changes in local regulations or utility provider requirements after the initial submission will also incur additional charges.

While Solifier provides comprehensive support in the permitting and licensing process, the final responsibility for obtaining these approvals rests with the client. We cannot guarantee approval by local authorities, and any resubmissions due to regulatory feedback may involve additional costs.

We accept payments via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, and ACH. Payment terms are 50% upon approval and 50% before submission of the final plans or estimates. For Solar Plans and related services, any additional charges due to revisions or additional regulatory requirements must be settled before the final delivery.
